To support DEI in the asset-management industry and communities we operate in, we are members of like-minded groups focused on issues including social and economic mobility, gender equality, unconscious bias and age, religion, ethnic and disability diversity. They include:

Diversity Project 

A cross-company initiative whose mission is to accelerate progress towards a more inclusive culture within the investment and savings industry.

Cityhive 

A think tank and advocacy group working in partnership with companies and grassroots to build an inclusive investment management industry and an equitable and sustainable society.

25x25

An initiative seeking to increase the number of women CEOs and the introduction of the 25×25 Framework for succession and talent planning.

Women in Banking & Finance 

LOIM sponsors the Accelerating Change Together research programme: the UK’s first cross-sector initiative designed to bring a gender lens to the financial services industry. 


The four-year programme harnesses input from banking, asset management, professional services, fintech and insurance businesses to address pressing gender and inclusion challenges.
