Jean-Pascal joined Lombard Odier Group in May 2009. He became Head of Hedge Fund Sales in 2010, Chief Executive Officer of 1798 Alternatives in 2014, and Co-Head of LOIM in 2021. He became a Limited Partner of the Lombard Odier Group in 2018 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2022. 

Jean-Pascal began his financial career at JPMorgan in 1997. He moved to Lazard Frères in 1998, where he became vice president of mergers and acquisitions. His last position before joining Lombard Odier was managing director in the equity capital markets team at Deutsche Bank. 

Jean-Pascal holds a master’s degree in financial markets from Pierre and Marie Curie University (now part of Sorbonne University) and a degree in engineering from École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.
