Before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2024, Adam was LOIM’s Head of Product Development. He joined LOIM in 2018, having previously served as Executive Vice President, Head of Product Development at Lombard Odier Group. 

Adam has also worked for Arencibia Associates, where he was chief financial officer and head of business development. Before that, he was a director and equity-desk business manager at Dillon Read Capital Management. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Accenture. 

Adam holds a degree in finance from the University of Dayton.
