LOIM retains ERAFP global SRI convertible bonds mandate

Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) has retained a global SRI convertible bond mandate awarded by the EUR 53 billion1 French pension fund ERAFP, strengthening a long-standing relationship that began in 2012.

The total global convertible bond allocation is approximately EUR 1 billion, implemented via active mandates awarded to LOIM and BNP Paribas Asset Management, with M&G Investments on standby.

The mandate aims to outperform the benchmark index over an initial four-year management period, which can be extended by successive one-year terms. The guidelines are aligned with ERAFP’s climate commitments – notably those made within the framework of the Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance.

For LOIM, the mandate marks the second renewal by ERAFP to our Global Convertible Bond SRI capability since 2012.

The appointments mark the end of a tender and manager selection process that started in November 2024. ERAFP is the French public service additional pension scheme.
