Inès became LOIM’s Global Head of Human Resources in 2021. Before this appointment, she was Head of Compensation and Benefits for the Lombard Odier Group. 

Before joining Lombard Odier in 2019, Inès was head of human resources for EMEA and the Americas at Mercuria Energy Trading. Previously, she held positions at Gunvor, JPMorgan Chase, VTB Capital and Pictet. 

Inès holds a master’s degree in psychology from Geneva University and a postgraduate degree in social psychology from the same institution.
