Lombard Odier Investment Managers appoints new Head of Nordics
Lombard Odier Investment Managers (‘Lombard Odier IM’) announces the appointment of Velida Jahic as Head of Nordics.
Based in London, Velida joins the Institutional Sales team for Europe to lead the development of Lombard Odier IM’s client service and distribution strategy for the Nordic region. She reports to Jonathan Clenshaw, Head of Institutional Sales Europe.
Velida joins from Nomura Asset Management in London where she was Business Development Director, Nordics. Prior to joining Nomura in 2011, she spent three years as a senior investment manager for alternative investments at Nordea Bank in Denmark. She was formerly Chief Investment Officer of the Region of Gävleborg Pension Fund.
