Lombard Odier Investment Managers (‘Lombard Odier IM’) is moving its Netherlands headquarters to the second and third floor of the prestigious NoMA House¹, located in Amsterdam’s Financial Mile, as the firm reinforces its commitment to the Dutch market.

The design and construction of NoMA House, completed earlier this year, is based on the BREEAM Outstanding standard, which assesses a building’s sustainability based on factors relating to its physical structure, management and use, including the building’s use of resources such as water and energy. 

With sustainability at the heart of its value and investment proposition, Lombard Odier IM is well-positioned to service the increasingly mainstream SRI market in the Netherlands. The firm has a long and respected heritage of sustainable investing and strongly believes that sustainability will be the single largest driver of returns.
